Freaks of Petrified Forest National Park
It's quite striking, very nicely preserved and truly unique! I didn't find it, but I sure wish I had! Weight is 10.05 lbs. Gorgeous glassy 15 arizona petrified wood round the other blue forest this looks to be an araucaria (an ancient conifer). The cell structure of most of these super old conifer like trees are very difficult to separate just in cross section no matter how well defined they are and this one is no exception.
